Cancellation Policy

📋 Policy: Course of 3 Microneedling (Full Face+Eyes) + 3 Polynucleotides (Full Face+Eyes) Package Details Includes: 3 sessions of full-face +Eyes microneedling and 3 sessions of full-face +Eyes polynucleotides Course is designed to deliver optimal skin health and rejuvenation over a series of treatments Payment Terms Deposit: £475 (non-refundable) payable at the time of booking to secure the course Remaining balance: £375 per month for 3 consecutive months (total course cost = £1325) Payments are to be made via the agreed payment method on the same date each month Booking & Scheduling All 6 treatments must be completed within 6 months of the initial appointment Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability Any rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in that session being forfeited Payments made are non-refundable but may be transferred if treatment is contraindicated for medical reasons, at the practitioner’s discretion Once a session has been carried out, no refunds can be requested for that treatment Course Policy Treatments are non-transferable to other clients The course cannot be split or substituted for other treatments Results vary depending on individual skin type, age, and lifestyle factors. No guarantees can be made regarding outcome.
