Cancellation Policy
Consultation Policy — GOR AESTHETICS A clinical consultation is required prior to any injectable or prescription-based treatment. This allows us to discuss your desired outcomes, review medical history, assess suitability, and create a personalised treatment plan in a safe and professional setting. Consultation Fees Face-to-face clinical consultation: £20 (This fee is fully redeemable against your first treatment should you choose to proceed.) Telephone or video suitability call: Free (Used for initial suitability screening before booking an in-clinic consultation.) How it works All consultations must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. The consultation fee is payable at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you proceed with treatment at or after your consultation, the £20 fee will be deducted from the cost of your selected treatment. If treatment is not pursued, the consultation fee remains non-refundable. Treatments cannot be booked without a consultation. Booking time frames Consultations are valid for 90 days — if your treatment is booked within that period, your consultation fee will still be redeemable towards treatment. Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late cancellations may forfeit the consultation fee when less than 48 hours’ notice is provided.
