GOR Aesthetics – Introductory Polynucleotide Offer Terms & Conditions 1. Offer Details This is a limited-time introductory offer for polynucleotide treatment at a discounted price of £300. The offer applies to one full treatment session only, unless otherwise stated. This promotional price is available for first-time polynucleotide clients of GOR Aesthetics. 2. Eligibility Clients must be 18 years or older. All treatments are subject to a mandatory consultation and medical assessment to confirm suitability. GOR Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if the practitioner determines it is not clinically appropriate. The offer is non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or loyalty scheme. 3. Booking and Payment Appointments must be booked directly via www.goraesthetics.co.uk . A non-refundable deposit (amount specified at booking) may be required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment. Failure to attend or provide less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 4. Timeframe Deposit is to be paid within 24 hours of appointment being requested. GOR Aesthetics reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice. Appointments can be re-arranged within 72 hours and cancelled at any time (deposit non-refundable). 5. Treatment Information Polynucleotide treatments are medical aesthetic procedures and individual results may vary. Full aftercare instructions will be provided following treatment. Follow-up sessions, if required or recommended, are not included in the £300 offer price. 6. Liability All treatments are carried out by a fully trained, qualified, and insured practitioner. GOR Aesthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions that occur as a result of undisclosed medical history, allergies, or non-compliance with aftercare guidance. 7.
