Consultation Policy — GOR AESTHETICS A clinical consultation is required prior to any injectable or prescription-based treatment. This allows us to discuss your desired outcomes, review medical history, assess suitability, and create a personalised treatment plan in a safe and professional setting. Consultation Fees Face-to-face clinical consultation: £20 Telephone or video suitability call: Free (Used for initial suitability screening before booking an in-clinic consultation.) How it works All consultations must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. The consultation fee is payable at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If treatment is not pursued, the consultation fee remains non-refundable. Treatments cannot be booked without a consultation. Booking time frames Consultations are valid for 90 days. Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late cancellations may forfeit the consultation fee when less than 48 hours’ notice is provided.
